Forest Sound Bath + Picnic

Inner Tone is hosting a spring–summer forest gathering series — a series of small, guided outdoor sessions designed to help you slow down, reset, and come back into balance.

We’ll begin each gathering in nature with gentle qigong, guided breathwork, and meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath and a curated picnic. The experience is simple, but intentional, helping your body release tension and settle into a more grounded, relaxed state.

At the core of this work is balance. Many people today struggle with poor sleep, fatigue, or feeling constantly “on,” often because the body has lost its natural rhythm between activity and rest. In Chinese medicine, this is described as a balance between yin and yang — the body’s ability to restore deeply while also maintaining steady energy.
