1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms Kelly’s Bloom LLC dba Inner Tone ( “we,” “Us” ) provides the Innertonehaling.com site and related services, programs, events, and experiences (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”) subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as any additional terms, policies, guidelines, or agreements that may apply to particular Services.

 

By accessing or using the Site or any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site and Services.Your agreement to these Terms becomes effective when you access or use the Site or Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.As used in these Terms, references to our “Affiliates” may include our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, practitioners, instructors, service providers, partners, and other parties involved in providing the Site or Services.

 

2. Description of Services

Inner Tone provides wellness, sound, mindfulness, and experiential services designed to support relaxation, stress management, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Our Services may include, without limitation: Private and group sound baths* Sound healing sessions* Meditation and mindfulness experiences* Corporate wellness programs* Private wellness experiences* Workshops and educational programs* Retreats* Special events* Event planning and related services* Other wellness experiences and services offered through Inner ToneThe Services available through the Site may change from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.Any new features, programs, or services added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment, internet access, software, or other resources necessary to access the Site.

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Services

Kelly’s Bloom LLC also operates Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic as a separate brand. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (“TCM”) services are provided through Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic by California-licensed acupuncturists.

 

Inner Tone may offer certain integrated wellness experiences called Resonance Acupuncture that combine acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine services with sound healing (“Integrated Services”).

For these Integrated Services:

  • The acupuncture and/or Traditional Chinese Medicine portion of the service is provided by California-licensed acupuncturists through Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic and constitutes professional healthcare services.

  • The sound healing portion of the service is provided through Inner Tone as a wellness experience and may include sound, vibration, meditation, mindfulness, or other sound-based practices.

  • Although both Inner Tone and Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic are operated by Kelly’s Bloom LLC, the two brands represent distinct service offerings and professional scopes.

  • The acupuncture and TCM services remain subject to the professional judgment, standards of practice, and applicable requirements governing the licensed acupuncturist and Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic.

  • The sound healing component does not constitute acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By participating in an Integrated Service, you acknowledge that the session may involve both a licensed healthcare service and a separate wellness experience provided under the Inner Tone brand.

Where applicable, clinical assessments, treatment decisions, acupuncture treatment plans, medical records, insurance matters, and other healthcare-related matters are handled through Los Altos Women’s Acupuncture Clinic and the licensed acupuncturist providing the acupuncture or TCM services.

3. Wellness and Health Disclaimer

Inner Tone provides wellness and sound-based experiences for relaxation, mindfulness, education, and general well-being.Our Services are **not medical services** and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition.Sound healing, sound baths, meditation, mindfulness practices, and related experiences are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or health-related concerns before participating in our Services when appropriate.You are responsible for determining whether participation in a particular Service is appropriate for you.If you experience discomfort, dizziness, distress, or any other concerning reaction during a session or event, you should immediately notify an Inner Tone representative and discontinue participation as appropriate.

 

4. Conduct on the Site

Your use of the Site and Services is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.You agree that you will not use the Site or Services to:

a. Engage in unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct;

 

b. Harass, intimidate, degrade, or discriminate against another person or group based on characteristics protected by applicable law;

 

c. Infringe upon or violate any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other proprietary right;

 

d. Distribute unauthorized advertising, spam, bulk communications, or other unsolicited commercial communications;

 

e. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or other software or material intended to interfere with or damage any computer system, network, or data;

 

f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, another user's account, our systems, or any network or server;

 

g. Impersonate Inner Tone, Kelly’s Bloom LLC, an Inner Tone representative, or any other individual or organization;

 

h. Interfere with another person's use or enjoyment of the Site or Services;

 

i. Use the Site or Services in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel participation, or terminate use of the Site or Services when we believe that these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services.These third-party websites and services are not controlled by Inner Tone or Kelly’s Bloom LLC. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the third party.Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.

 

6. Intellectual Property Information

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Site or provided by Inner Tone in connection with our Services—including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, music, sound recordings, educational materials, written materials, and other content—is owned by or licensed to Kelly’s Bloom LLC dba Inner Tone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may access and use the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the Site.The Inner Tone name, logo, branding, service names, graphics, and related materials may constitute trademarks or other proprietary property of Kelly’s Bloom LLC or its licensors.Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, service marks, branding, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.

User Materials and SubmissionsAny communication, comment, review, testimonial, photograph, video, or other material that you voluntarily submit to Inner Tone through the Site or in connection with our Services (“User Materials”) will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement between you and us.You retain ownership of your User Materials.By voluntarily submitting User Materials to us, you grant Kelly’s Bloom LLC dba Inner Tone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute those materials for legitimate business, marketing, educational, promotional, or operational purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.You represent that you have the right to provide the User Materials and that their use by Inner Tone will not violate the rights of another person or entity.Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive such information.

 

8. Copyright InfringementWe respect the intellectual property rights of others.If you believe that material appearing on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify:

Participation in sound baths, sound healing sessions, meditation, retreats, workshops, wellness events, and other Services may involve inherent risks or individual reactions.These may include, without limitation, physical discomfort, dizziness, sensitivity to sound, emotional responses, changes in mood, or other reactions.By participating in our Services, you voluntarily assume the risks reasonably associated with the activity.You agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by Inner Tone and to inform our staff or facilitators of any circumstances that may affect your safe participation.If you have concerns regarding your ability to participate safely, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

 

12. Payments, Cancellations, and RefundsCertain Services require advance registration, reservation, or payment.Prices and applicable payment, cancellation, refund, transfer, and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking or purchase.By completing a purchase or reservation, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you.Inner Tone reserves the right to modify pricing and availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed except as otherwise stated in the applicable terms.If Inner Tone cancels or materially changes an event or Service, we will provide information regarding any applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund options.

 

13.
