Last Saturday, forty people sat in a circle…
And the entire room exhaled at the same time.✨

For an hour we moved through the seven chakras, singing “Om”, listened to live-loop healing music until the whole space dropped into silence.

These are the moments that remind me why I do this work.

Last Sunday, Inner Tone gathered beneath the redwoods for a magical Forest Sound Bath Concert. Surrounded by the heartbeat of the earth, we journeyed through sound and stillness with the beautiful vocals of @charlottekemusic and the mesmerizing rhythms of @jamielarkin777 on the handpan.

Nature is our greatest healer. When we slow down enough to listen, the trees, the wind, and the ground beneath our feet begin to sing back to us.

✨ May we continue to honor these sacred spaces, to protect the California redwoods, our ancient guardians of calm and wisdom, and to remember that peace begins where we reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.
